Pete has evali1 photoxtensive experience and qualifications in health, fitness and rehabilitation. He is a level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and has a Certificate IV in fitness, and is an Active Release Technique Practitioner (including dry needling). Pete also trained in massage therapy and holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Slovakia.

Pete is passionate about strength and rehabilitation training, originally starting out in the Slovakian Special Police Force; he then built an extensive personal training client base and pioneered the ‘Fertility Fit’ program for Sydney IVF.  Over the last four years, in addition to fitness training, Pete developed and ran the Mosman Sports Injury Clinic.

He has trained a number of professional sports people including golf, tennis, and basketball players. In addition, he has worked closely with many high profile senior executives to build strength and fitness. Pete has specialised in functional training which is important for mobility and flexibility; particularly in over 50’s and understands the changing needs of our bodies.

Pete can offer 30 minute or 45 minute customised 1-on-1 personal training sessions specifically designed to develop your strength, fitness, flexibility or any other physical goals that you may have.
